The 2010 Sarteneja Wooden Boat Regatta was a sight from another time.
Yet completely contemporary with a healthy doses of competion, music,  Belikin beer, and bikini contests, The weather could not have been  more perfect. When one thinks of the fact that this is a working fishing village, in a largely forgotten corner of the globe, I can’t  help but think that this an experience that transports you.
